Burbank Last Mile E-Commerce Facility

This tenant improvement is across 4 industrial buildings in newly constructed Avion Business Park, which our sister company, Millie and Severson, acted as the general contractor for our client Overton Moore Properties.  The tenant improvement included office, breakrooms and computer room which supports the high volume facility.

We were able to assist in multiple design changes required for the facility to maximize capability, including assisting in the design of the rear fire access ramp redesign; coordinating with the client, design teams, city officials and fire department.
